There are formal walking paths for the adventurous the lack of traffic reinforces the sensation of relaxation. There are 3 double bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and living room all with air conditioning. Two inside bathrooms and an outside (post-swim) shower room cater for an active large family or group. A staircase brings you up to the large entrance terrace. A small hall takes you to the lounge-diner with accesses to terrace and the fully equipped kitchen. Further on, in the back part of the house, you reach a pine tree area, rustic plants and grass embedding the pool with a length of 10 m. A BBQ with dining area invites you to enjoy the evenings. Back inside the house you reach the dormitories on the lounge\’s left side with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The bedrooms have access to the spacious entrance terrace where you can feel the light sea breeze. The villa lies centric but still quiet and always enjoying the smell of pine trees. The villa enjoys WiFi, uninterrupted hillside views to the front and rear from the expansive terraces, a 10m pool shaded by multiple high pine trees, a grassy knoll for sunbathing and BBQ facilities outside.
