An overview of the Amenities and service we offer in our villas

Booking with us, you will find at your arrival a very clean villa, with a perfect pool and everything working good, as it should be. Towels will be in the bathrooms, and there will be also some for the pool and even for the beach. In the kitchen you will find a very nice welcome pack or your ordwr, if you have used our shopping service.

Children love our villas. We deliver one cot and a high chair included in the price. But addiionally some of our villas are equipped with plastic houses and toys for the smaller ones. We can provide a lot of equipment for babies, and finally we protect your children with (optionally) stair gates and pool fences in nearly all the villas.

We are proud to offer the best pool heating available for holiday villa rentals. We use very powerful, oversized heat pumps. There are two levels, the standard pool heating is included in the price, and the comfort pool heating will achieve nearly 30·C in any conditions. We don’t use pool covers for your comfort and also for security.

Enjoy our villas with the new 2017 prime amenities. Our villas La Vinya and Casa Linda will be equipped with jaccuzis next to the pool. All the Villas have table tennis as well as badminton and other games. You will always find some inflables next to the pool.

A word about our villa equipment. You will always find everything you need in the kitchen of your villa (including 2 coffee machines, a normal one and a new press). Also, if you need anything additionally, we’ll get it for you in 2 hours. There are hair dryers in nearly all the bathrooms. You can control all the air conditioning machines and there are no time or temperature restrictions. There is WiFi in all the villas with a minimum of 3-4 MB. All the villas have sat TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth sound system. Do you need anything further? Ask us!

Security is very important for us. We have alarm systems with connection to police in all our villas, we use a very easy to use system developed specially for rental villas. There is a safe in each villa, and our staff is absolutely trustful, they will always keep an eye on our valued clients. We can optionally place pool fences at nearly all the villas and we have stair gates in all of them. The plumbing and electrical installations have all the permissions and are checked every season. Our qualified gardening staff will check the pool water to be always in a perfect and clean state.

Arrival and checkout. If you choose to hire a car, you will receive a way description to our Office in Pollensa which is at the main Street. From there, our staff will take you to the villa and explain all the things you need to know. No matter at which time your arrival is, we are there 24h for you. We also offer early check in as well as late check out services. Just ask us!

Complementary services. There are lots of additional services that will make your Villa holiday more and more nice. Beginning with the car rental or airport transfer service, the food shopping service for your arrival. Up to catering and breakfast service at the villa, as well as baby sitting services or laundry for your clothes. Feel like in paradise in our all-around service villas.

Our complete service range:

• Arrival service. We take you to the villa and explain everything
• Transfer service. We can arrange your transfer from the airport to the villa and the other way.
• Welcome pack. Feel like at home when arriving to the villa. This includes (a little) water, milk, cava (“mallorcan champagne”), orange juice, jam, ham, cheese, bread, chips, nuts and butter among others.
• Rent a car service. We can arrange the car rental hire for you and make sure you will be in good hands.
• New! Taxi service. Just let us know at which time you would like to be picked up from the villa and we will arrange it.
• Every other day cleaning and towel change.
• Bed sheets change 1x a week or on request (please be responsible with the environment)
• Bath towels and pool towels.
• New! Beach towels.
• New! Netflix, Amazon Video, DAZN and internet streaming channels.
• New! Party service. We arrange everything for you. From the cake to the house decorations.
• New! Special equipment for babies, accessibility, sports and much more. Just let us know what you need!
• Table tennis and garden games.
• Luxury pool and garden care (3x week).
• Comfort pool heating (extra charge, on request)
