This license and service agreement for Bitdefender Solutions (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Bitdefender regarding the use of Bitdefender software and the initialization of services and all other services provided by Bitdefender (Bitdefender Solutions). Your subscription is automatically renewed before the deadline and each anniversary that follows, for a fee that is not higher than The Bitdefender`s current price, with the exception of promotional prices and discounts offered during the extension. You agree to make the current, complete and accurate information available to the payment provider for your billing account. You must immediately update all information to keep your billing account up-to-date, complete and accurate (z.B., but not limited to a change in your credit card address, credit card number or expiry date) and you should notify immediately if your credit card is cancelled (for example. B not limited to loss or theft). If you do not provide any of the above information, you agree that Bitdefender, through its payment providers, will continue to charge you a fee for an automatically renewed subscription if you do not notify you to renew your subscription to Bitdefender Solution before the end of your Subscription to Bitdefender Solution and to inform them that you do not want to automatically renew such a subscription. (3) I immediately notified bitdefender and asked for a refund of my $89.95.
After a lot of back-and-forth emails, they say: no dice. You have offered to extend my subscription by a year plus a little more time, but that is not what I want. For a good extra step, make sure all boxes are disabled for automatic renewal. Second, be very careful to accept all Bitdefender upgrade offers that come through a pop-up window.
