At this moment we don’t accept instant bookings like in Airbnb or Booking.com. We can redirect you to these portals if you would like to instant booking. Otherwise we can hold the villa for you in case that you need to sort flights, etc. We think this makes more sense when planning your holidays.

We accept bank transfer and credit card for deposit payments. On arrival there is also the possibility to pay in cash.

The booking process can take just a couple of hours for us to reply to your booking inquiry. If you would like to book, we will ask you for some personal information in order to send you a booking confirmation. This confirmation will be binding as soon as you do the deposit payment. The remaining amount is normally paid at your arrival or shortly before. 

To cancel a booking you need to contact us in a written form. 

– If you cancel the booking more than 60 days before your arrival, your deposit (if paid) will be refunded.

– If you cancel the booking from 60 to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

– If you cancel the booking 30 days to 0 days before your arrival, the complete booking amount has to be sorted.

In Mallorca, a tourist tax known as the “Ecotasa” or “Sustainable Tourism Tax” is levied on visitors staying in various types of accommodations, such as hotels, hostels, and holiday rentals. The tax rates vary depending on the type of accommodation and the time of year. This tax is paid here at your arrival and is not included in the rental fee.

We provide bath and beach towels, as well as bed linen. There will be hair dryers in the bathrooms as well as some soap. But no shower gel or acconditioner.

Definetely! Nowadays the world is looking to protect and to better the environment. You can help us and also the planet by:

– Air conditioning. Setting a higher temperature, not opening the windows when it is open. And of course not using it when it’s not necessary (like during the day).

– Water use. Mallorca, as well as Spain mainland, suffers from water shortage. Having so much tourism, we ask you to really take care of the water usage and please spend more than necessary. 

– Towel and bed linen use. The more we have to wash, the more water needs to be used. Please try to reuse towels as much as possible! 

– Electricity use. Please don’t turn on more lights than needed, specially during the day.

Yes, we can arrange an airport shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the airport. We use local, very reliable companies that will make your journey very easy and joyful. 

Of course! We use local companies who offer good and new cars. They can be delivered directly at the villa or at the airport. Just ask us!

Yes, we offer both heated pools and also fenced pools. It is important that you ask us for this, because they need to be booked with anticipation and they have an extra charge, we will inform you about everything.

Yes, a cot and a high chair is included in the price. If you would like to have more than one, it has a little extra charge. Please let us know if you need one or more cots with anticipation.
