Villa Garrovers in Pollensa

In walking distance about 5-10 minutes to the town of Pollensa (situated in northern Mallorca), there is the cozy villa named “Els Garrovers”. You arrive to the house by a very quiet small street. The parking is surrounded by the old trees named “Garrovers” We´ll go around the house and come to the main entrance with the covered terrace in front. This is the ideal place for your breakfast and dinner viewing the pool and the well kept garden. The BBQ is set on the right hand-side inviting to pleasant hours in the evening. Passing the main entrance of the Villa you enter the living- dining room with the kitchen on the right hand-side. An easy staircase leads to the master bedroom, with bath ensuite, on the first floor. There are two more double bedrooms downstairs with one bath in the middle. The laundry room on the right of the terrace, houses the washing machine as well as a shower and WC. The house is very comfortable, well equiped and ideally placed within a few minutes walk to Pollensa where you Find all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops and a lot of culture as well.
