Villa del Mar is a stylish modern villa is set less than 500 metres from both the sandy bay of Cala Molins with its Blue Flag beach and the centre of the attractive resort of Cala San Vicente. The resort has four sandy beaches and some spectacular seascapes and a good choice of bars and restaurants, including one of the best on Mallorca.

Architecturally distinctive the villa is ideal for families and couples alike and has been very well equipped and furnished with considerable style and offers spacious flexible accommodation. The villa is built on two floors and is light and bright with large panoramic windows and white walls which contrast with lovely wooden doors, tiled floors and modern equipment and furnishings.

Each of the three bedrooms benefits from having either an en-suite bath or shower room and access to at least one terrace or balcony. The two twin bedded rooms can be made up as doubles or twins as required.

Villa del Mar has a nice garden, several terraces and a swimming pool. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and from the ground floor bedroom.
