Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with lovely views to the bay of Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty six luxury villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels. The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard. It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only.
