Can Corme (by Pollensa)

“Ca’n Corme” is a beautiful countryhouse close to Pollensa. It is surrounded by the marvellous mountains of Ternelles Valley which gives perfect growing conditions to plants, fruit trees, cork oaks and wheat. This estate was completely restored in 1996, keeping and taking care of the majorcan traditions, combining old and new very tasteful, typical style elements. Passing a majorcan arch entrance you will come to the rustic lounge with fireplace. Next to this there is the modern spacious kitchen-diner equipped with a large wooden table, a sideboard and wooden fit-ins. Passing a leaved door you find yourself on a covered terrace with a pictorial view over the carefully maintained garden with grass, orange and lemon trees as well as over the pool (8m x 6m) and over the mountains which let you enjoy the steady change of colours caused by the light. On the right side of the lounge the guest enters a beautiful double bedroom. In front there is a modern bathroom with toilet. A small laundry room and a garage complete the groundfloor. On the first floor are 3 double beds and 2 spacious bathrooms. “Ca«n Corme” is a wonderful Land house with a big garden and it«s ideal for vacations with family or friends. The proximity to the town Pollensa is a very good argument, too.
