This elevated villa is situated in a quiet residential area as you enter the relaxed village of Cala San Vicente. The village hosts several exclusive restaurants and local amenities including a supermarket, bank, hairdresser, cafes. The immediate vicinity has two secluded beaches with pristine water and excellent bathing.

There are formal walking paths for the adventurous the lack of traffic reinforces the sensation of relaxation. There are 3 double bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and living room all with air conditioning. Back inside the house you reach the dormitories on the lounge’s left side with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The bedrooms have access to the spacious entrance terrace where you can feel the light sea breeze. The villa lies centric but still quiet and always enjoying the smell of pine trees. The villa enjoys WiFi, uninterrupted hillside views to the front and rear from the expansive terraces, a 10m pool shaded by multiple high pine trees, a grassy knoll for sunbathing and BBQ facilities outside.
