Villa Gotmar is a fantastic and well equipped villa located near the town and the beach. Restaurants and bars. a supermarket are just 100 metres away, and the Puerto Pollenca beach, seafront and famous pinewalk are just a 20-minute walk. The villa is located in the popular residential area of Gotmar and yet still feels peaceful and private. A shady covered terrace runs round the villa.

The house is located on quiet street that leads to the hill of Gotmar. Passing the little entrance fence, you get to the main entrance of the house. At the right side there is a small terrace, surrounded by the lawn garden.

Entering the house makes you feel good immediately, the nice furniture, clean floor tiles and a lot of light makes this cozy house a desire for everybody who wants to enjoy a nice holiday. At the left side of the entrance there is a guest toilet and a floor that leads to the four bedrooms and the kitchen. At the right side there is the entrance to the nice living room, with satellite television and a DVD player and a CD stereo. There is also a terrace on the front side of the house. Next to the living room there is the dining room, with a big circular table and views to a second terrace. The dining room is connected to the kitchen which is in the next room. The kitchen is a central room in the house, it has access to the bedrooms on one side, to the dining room on the other side, and finally to an outside terrace, an ideal place to have lunch and diner in the hot summer days.

Brilliant Villa. Domingo was very responsive, gave great recommendations, the location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and the beach. The Villa itself had lots of amenities (way more than on the listing) and there was food and drinks in the fridge on arrival! We would definitely come back! Beautiful villa in a super quiet area Plenty of outside space to suit us all, pool, shaded areas & we loved the large tables for dining. The Villa is well equipped & the host super friendly. Lots of parking is available and it’s situated in a beautiful quiet area. It wasn’t that we didn’t like the pool but just to inform it’s quite deep.

The Villa was superb, very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor area too. Our host was extremely helpful and informative. The location was good, it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and resort centre. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful Villa. I would not hesitate to book again with the same host. We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our time in Majorca, and to say thank you very much for the ways in which you went “above and beyond” the call of duty, to make sure our stay was the best it could be. We were so very grateful to get into the villa early and start enjoying our holiday straight away. We had all been awake since 01.30 hours so it was such a relief not having to find somewhere to wait for 4 hours with our very tired young grandson, as we had expected we would have to do. Thank you too for dropping round the bed guard and toys so quickly. Toby loved riding up and down the grass slope on the little truck! And we really appreciated you getting the electrician round so promptly, so we could enjoy a nice warm pool again! Our taxi eventually arrived over 45 minutes late, but at least we caught our flight, even though we were the last passengers to arrive at the boarding gate, without even having enough time to stop and buy a drink! We will certainly take your advice and book taxis through you the next time we come to Majorca, which we already can’t wait to do! Thanks again. Have a good day,

We booked here last minute as an alternative to a hotel. It turned out to be the best decision of the trip. Space for 6 Cyclists to be relaxed and comfortable but also would gladly bring the family here. Easy to walk into town and get out on the bikes. Amenities were as described and really clean. Domingo was helpful, responsive and proactive. Without being overbearing very much left to our own devices. Would recommend to everyone and stay again 10/10 Private comment: Thanks Domingo we had a great time
